Dominic M. Urbano is one of the most active home-grown artists of the province, hailing from Virac at Catanduanes.
He finished elementary education at Sto. Domingo; his secondary level at Catanduanes National high School and his college education in Catanduanes State University. Since 2009 Dominic has been involved in landscapes and portraiture.
Dominic had competed in various art competitions. Some of which are doodle art 2016 at the (GSIS) Museum where he was selected as one of the top 30 finalists; and at doodle art 2016 at SM Marilao.
He is a self-taught artist, his passion and his life is all about the arts. He takes pride in being a Bicolano artist, and uses different and new mediums in his artful creations.
